Apartment Approved!

We've applied and been accepted! What a good feeling! Here are some pictures of the amazing apartment newness that Elyse and I found. We love it! Everything has worked out so well. God does answer prayers. If you can't tell I'm super excited. I love newness. I'm one of those people who will re-arrange furniture just because I'm bored with it and want a change. I look forward to this change and to the opportunity to meet new awesome people, and serve others and make friends. Oooh! And DECORATE!!!! I'm excited!! We will keep you updated on the adventure we are getting into, and if anyone wants to help us move.... we will let you!

Piano Guys

Elyse and I went to their concert last night. It turns out that this concert was outside. ...in the RAIN. Well, even with the rain it was super awesome and worth it. It even made me want to play the cello. The clarinet will just have to do... clarinet, cello... they aren't much different right. Either way... its been too long since I played my instrument, maybe its time to pull it out.

Kristen's Wedding Cake

One of my friends from Byu-Idaho got married today. I got to do the wedding cake and some sheet cakes to serve. (See photo... yummy huh?) It was amazing.... her wedding too of course. Haha!! It was so fun to see some of my old friends... (not old as in age old, we are all still youngsters, and nobody will tell me otherwise!) ...... it was great to catch up on their lives. I can't believe how much time has passed since I graduated. More yet evidence that I have accomplished something in my life... I have a purpose, a career, plans, and I love the life I'm living. God has blessed me immensely.

Best Adventure Ever!

This was one of the best adventures I have been on. If I had crazy epic drawing skills like Elyse or my AWESOME cousin Heather I would have drawn some crazy cartoon depicting our drive home. It included some screaming, a roller-coaster like bumpiness, and a bunch of laughter, and driving by perfectly good picnic tables.... There may even have been a couple moments where I feared for my life or wondered if we were lost. But while driving on a crazy skinny dirt road in the middle of nowhere, on the side of a cliff overlooking the valley, all in all it was the best adventure ever. Here are some of the fabulous pics I took once I remembered I had a camera on my phone!

Elyse and I are looking at apartments. This is the one I like most so far, only problem is that I need another roommate. Anyone know anyone looking to live in Orem, and wouldn't mind living with Elyse and I? cuz that would be awesome!
